Hari nie aku dapat "Digital Basal Thermometer & Fertile Focus Ovulation Microscope" melalui SkyNet. I bought these items from iwantababy. Service memang superb. Easy and fast. Yang tu aku suka.

Tujuan beli 2 benda kat atas tue kan.
1. ikut cakap en abang (personal doctor kat umah =) )
2. Senang nak monitor bile waktu subur.

Sebelum nie untuk check waktu subur bile, aku ade guna yang check air kencing tue. beli kat farmasi je. tapi bile pikir-pikir balik. kos nye..mak aii..mahal bebenor. yelah. sekali pakai dah buang. nak guna kene beli lagi. Kecik je bendanya. comel. ade besar sket dr lipstik kita. senang nak carry ke mana saja kita pergi. hehe

So, kalau guna Fertile Focus Ovulation Microscope, boleh guna banyak kali. Just letakkan air liur kita kat kanta microscope. then, check pattern yg terbentuk. kalo time tue kita subur, pattern macam paku pakis.
Microskop nie jugak membolehkan perempuan untuk mengenal pasti hari mereka yang paling subur dengan menguji dan melihat perubahan visual yang berlaku di dalam air liur sepanjang kitaran bulanan. Digital Basal Thermometer pulak aku beli supaya boleh la nak start buat BBT Chart. Dari sehari ke sehari tak buat-buat. So, tindakan pertama kenelah beli termometer nye dulu kan. Kami ade termometer biasa tue. yang guna utk sukat suhu badan bile demam. tapi bile check balik kat internet, kene gunakan termometer yang khas utk BBT. Tue yang beli nie.  termometer nie lebih accurate sebab ade 2 decimal points. and one more thing, it is in F degree not in Celcius degree..kene pandai baca or convert la suhu tue ek. =)

Additional info, bile dah ade this thermometer. u all boleh la buatkan jadual BBT utk dicatatkan setiap hari. better dari just check aje everyday kan. at least boleh tgk pattern BBT masing-masing every month.
