kari kali nie versi durhaka! sebabnya tak de daun kari. cacat masakan haku.. haiss..kat mane nak cari daun kari. hari tue g tesco tgk..daun kari SOLD OUT!! 2 hari lepas pegi pasar lupa plak nk beli..kene simpan stok kat umah nie. nak tanam. jawabnya 10 tahun lagi la..
so, dimaafkan..
**nak tergelak pulak tgk cili merah tuh..bukan aku tau pon nak buat bunga..last2 jadi gitu..paling cantek la tu yg pernah aku buat.. kasihan sang cili merah..menjadi mangsa keadaan. yang pasti lepas je guna utk tangkap gambar. cili itu akan dikorbankan dalam sayur aku..xde la membazir.**
IKAN SELAR MASAK KARI

Ingredients :~
2-3 slices of Ikan Selar ~ cleaned
1/2 tsp mixed spice seeds (mustard seeds, cumin seeds & fenugreek seeds)
4 garlic cloves ~ chopped
1/2 inch ginger ~ chopped
1 onion ~ sliced
2 green chillis ~ sliced (xletak)
1 sprig curry leaves (xletak sbb xde)
3-4 Potatoes ~ chopped wedges
1-2 cups of water (ikut suka)
2 tbsps fish curry powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 cup of coconut milk
1 large tomato ~ cubed (xletak sbb xde)
2/3 tsp tamarind paste
Oil
Method :~
Heat oil in wok. Saute mixed spice seeds. Add onion. Stir until fragrant, add garlic and ginger. Stir for 1 minute.
Add water, tamarind paste, fish curry powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes. Put in the potatoes and let the potatoes cook well.
Add coconut milk. Let it boil again for 5 minutes.
Now, add the fish blocks. Cover the wok and cook under medium heat for another 8 minutes or until fish is cooked. Stir gently once awhile.
Check for salt and dish out.

Bahan:-
10 batang Kacang Botol aka Kelisa (dihiris serong)
2 biji Bawang merah
2 ulas Bawang putih
Sejemput Ikan Bilis
1 bj Cili merah (dihiris)
1 bj Telur (dipukul)
Garam
Cara :-
Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih dan ikan bilis sehingga kekuningan
Masukkan kacang kelisa dan goreng sekejap
garam secukup rasa
masukkan telur dan gaul sebati.
siap utk dihidang
Kalo ada sambal belacan sodap lagi nie.haip..haip..jangan ko nnt tambah 2,3 pingan sapa yg susah..aku jugak..
